Nach sehr positiven Erfahrungen in den letzten beiden Jahren, haben wir nun schon zum 3. Mal PATT beauftragt, uns bei der Neukunden-Akquise zu unterstützen. Was wir sehr an der Arbeit von PATT schätzen, sind

die unablässigen Versuche, unsere potentiellen Kunden telefonisch zu erreichen, was bei der Erreichbarkeit unserer Zielgruppe viel Zeit und Ausdauer erfordert und uns selbst sowohl zeitlich als auch vom Akquise-Know-How nicht möglich wäre
die äußerst freundliche und kompetente Ansprache von Frau Silke Scholz (im Team von Frau Papendick), die uns dieses Jahr schon wieder viele telefonische und persönliche Termine zur detaillierten Vorstellung unserer Leistungen – auch bei sehr bedeutenden Unternehmen – vermittelt hat
die realistische Einschätzung, wo sich ein Nachfassen lohnt und welche Art der Kontaktaufnahme angemessen ist, z.B. Vereinbarung eines Telefontermins (statt eines zeitaufwändigen persönlichen Besuchs), wenn der potentielle Kunde schon beim letzten Kontakt kaum Marktforschungsbedarf erkennen ließ

Aufgrund unserer wiederum sehr positiven Erfahrungen werden wir auch weiterhin PATT zur Neukunden-Akquise nutzen.

Review PATT sales strategiesIn 2020/2021 we decided to use PATT again as an additional resource for our telemarketing. Already in the past - at least since 1998 - we have been able to work very successfully with PATT several times. The assignment always extended over periods of several years, which we then always suspended for a certain time due to success.The communication with our "external" colleagues is currently running smoothly and on an equal footing.
